Sometimes we don’t need more hours in the day—we just need Jesus and His perspective.
That’s what I reminded of when I read this verse again:“Join your life with mine… you’ll find refreshment and rest in me.” — Matthew 11:29–30 (TPT)
We don’t always have to push harder. What if the answer wasn’t more effort, but more alignment with Jesus?
When we live from Jesus' perspective - from rest—not rush—everything changes. Our decisions feel clearer. Our reactions feel calmer. And instead of feeling like the world is too much, we feel grounded. Not because life got easier, but because our hearts got quieter.
Peace isn’t a personality trait. It’s a practice—and a great place to start is with making room for Jesus.
💡 Action Steps:
Ask yourself today: Where am I rushing, and where could I slow down with Jesus instead?
Stick a sticky note on your mirror or fridge: “Peace is the pace.”Jesus lead the way".
Create a 3-minute quiet moments in your day: no phone, no noise, just you and Jesus.
💭 Think + Say:
“Peace isn’t a feeling. It’s a decision to stay close to Jesus.”“I move slower so I can hear clearer.”
📖 Bible Verse:
“Join your life with mine… you’ll find refreshment and rest in me.” — Matthew 11:29–30 (TPT)
🙏 Prayer:
Jesus, please remind me that I don’t have to live on edge or try to control everything. You’re here. You’re steady. You lead me in peace. Please help me walk with You at Your pace today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
